Dark Citruation IPA

Black IPA - Dark and packed with hops, our black IPA is a great change-up for winter IPA drinking.

Hoppy Juan Mexican IPL

Our first IPL, we took Juan Moore and added a dose of Vic Secret hops to the ordinary schedule of Motueka hops.

Fog on the Pond Hazy Pale

The derivative of TD Tossin’ Patrick Mahazy, slightly less body and hop content make for an easy drinking New England Pale Ale.

Capone's Raspberry Valentine Sour - Dessert

This collaboration with The Goat Brewing Company is a blast of raspberry finished with a nice dark chocolate sweetness.

ERROR 404: Haze Not Found IPA

ERROR: Midwestern IPA balanced with east coast fruity hop delight and west coast hop bitterness detected.

Drunken Lullaby Irish Ale

Malty Irish ale with a red/amber color and a nice hop punch. It might just inspire you to sing a drunken lullaby.

Gone Yard Sour

Our kettle sour base dry hopped twice with Mosiac and Motueka hops for a nice blend of sour and citrus.

Hef Is My Huckleberry Hefeweizen

It’s The Original Hef with huckleberry and blueberry. And yes, it is green.

Imperial Milk Stout Stout

Loaded with milk chocolate flavor and a lingering sweetness, this stout is smooth and sneaky.

Froot Broot - Honey Tangerine IPA

Our brut IPA recipe infused with tangerine puree, orange blossom honey, and we swapped out the normal Galaxy hops for Mandarina Bavaria.

Anyways. Shake. Peaches & Cinnamon Hazy IPA

Hundreds of peaches, peaches for cinnamon. The lastest of our milkshake IPA series is spicy, sweet, and sure to please.

Grisette Kanyan Grisette

We took our Grisette recipe and sessioned it down to an easy 3.9% abv and fermented on a new yeast strain harvested from cacoa beans in Marañon Canyon, Peru.

About Us

New Axiom Brewing Company is comprised of three brewers who came together to pursue the brewery dream and a long time friend to run the taproom. Having different backgrounds while enjoying a full array of beers allows us to experiment and explore new and crazy ideas with our beers. Our goal is to push the limits, constantly explore new beers, and provide an overall experience to keep you happy.


Sean is an owner, officer, and brewer at New Axiom. His beer palate runs from one end of the spectrum to the other, with a true love for yeast- forward beers such as traditional Belgian-style wits and saisons. He is addicted to finding new and exciting flavors to embed in his brews. In his free time Sean enjoys cruising on his motorcycle, skiing, hiking, camping, traveling the world with his wife, and spending time with his dogs.



Devin is an owner, officer, and brewer at New Axiom. He's an avid outdoorsman, artist, and loves dreaming up new ideas for beer recipes, often times based on cultural flavors from his upbringing. Devin enjoys beers that push the envelope with ingredients and flavor profiles; beers that redefine the status quo. Mac is an owner, officer, and brewer at New Axiom. He enjoys watching and playing most sports, fishing, camping, and just about anything outside. Mac enjoys sours to stouts, and everything in between, pending it isn't something he is allergic to.
